Textbooks, course packs, and other course materials are returnable through the final day of the drop/add period of each term as long as the following conditions are met:
Books may only be returned for the current term.
Textbooks and course materials may only be returned if you dropped the course.
New books must be unmarked and in new condition.
Shrink-wrapped books must remain wrapped. Once opened, they are non-returnable.
Returns MUST be accompanied by student ID# and receipt.
Opened access codes cannot be returned.
Please note that optional law study aids are non-returnable.

Returns on All Other Merchandise
We want you to be
100% satisfied with your purchase. You
can return your unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise (or merchandise you
have found to be defective) for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of the
original purchase. An original receipt
will be required (certain exclusions
apply – clearance merchandise marked final sale, custom orders, perishables, etc.).
If you received your
item(s) as a gift or otherwise do not have a receipt, you can still make a
return. However, in these cases, we can
only issue a store credit or perform an exchange. In certain cases, credit may be issued as a
discounted/sale price.
Returns and
exchanges can be made at the register in-store during normal business
hours. If you are not in Lexington and
would like to make an exchange or return, simply fill out our return form and ship the product along with a
copy of the packing list or receipt to the address below (valid for USPS, UPS,
or FedEx):
